The project takes shape.
The drawing of the bag takes shape thanks to a pattern through which the first draft of the hemp is made, showing how the measures of the product should be. As an instruction manual with size, number of pieces, shapes, materials and tools to use, the bag was created thanks to a sketch, which becomes a silhouette. The prototype is developed after this process which, in a last step, will become the final product sample.

CUTTING, PREPARATION,

A cut that smells of leather.
The bag’s cut is done at Only Leather Srl with latest generation automatic machines. It is performed by cutters who are experts in cutting fabrics and leathers characterized by extreme precision. The preparation of the product is also done by specialized personnel who split, peel and couple the various components of the bag.
Almost ready to be unique, the product is brought to the group of machinist, who will assembly it reaching the finished product.

Quality above all.
Once produced, the bag is not yet complete to be delivered to the customer. Then, each bag is checked and cleaned from processing residues, guaranteeing the highest quality for the customer.
